Product Description:
The double wall corrugated pipe line is the 3rd generation of the improved product of Shandong HUASU. The output of the extruder and the production speed of the pipe are greatly increased by 20-40% compared with the previous product.
Online belling can be achieved to ensure the performance of the formed corrugated pipe products. The production line adopts Siemens PLC system for efficient control and management.
Features:
Pressure water-cooling is utilized for the mould blocks, resulting in a significant increase in production speed.
The implementation of low energy consumption features helps effectively reduce production costs.
An efficient vacuum system is incorporated for the purpose of forming flawless pipes.
The mould block temperature control system is designed to optimize pipe quality in terms of both appearance and structure.
Quick and easy changeover between different mould sizes is facilitated, with toolings (moulds) being compatible with various production lines.
The entire extrusion line is fully automated, ensuring smooth operation.
Both the corrugator and extruders are synchronously controlled for enhanced performance.
Screws and barrels are hardened for extended lifespan and enhanced durability.
