The double wall corrugated pipe line represents the third generation of the enhanced product developed by Shandong HUASU. In comparison to its predecessor, the output of the extruder and the production speed of the pipe have been significantly boosted by 20-40%. This advancement allows for online belling to be seamlessly accomplished, thereby guaranteeing optimal performance of the manufactured corrugated pipe products.
Furthermore, the system incorporates Siemens PLC technology, a hallmark of reliability and efficiency in industrial automation. This ensures smooth operation and precise control over the entire production process, enhancing overall performance and productivity.

Pressure water-cooling is implemented for mould blocks, significantly enhancing production speed.
