1. All-new mold blocks cooling method. The mold blocks are cooled continuously by “pressure cooling” water circulating in sealed channels to achieve higher cooling efficiency and higher production speed, which strongly guarantee lower pipe production cost.
2. Highly compatible technical solution of mold blocks. The mold blocks can be compatible between different models of production lines in order to make the production more flexible with lower maintenance cost.
3. All-new design of “none platform” for corrugator. Need not to adjust the height of corrugator when change the molds for different sizes. Operations become easier and more efficient.

In 2004 we introduced the Ф200-Ф500mm double wall corrugated pipe production line with horizontal structure and chain type transmission model.In 2005 we unveiled the China’s first Ф32-Ф63mm double wall corrugated pipe production line with chain type transmission. In 2006 we developed the Ф500-Ф800mm and Ф800-Ф1200mm double wall corrugated pipe production line successfully which adopted horizontal structure, shuttle type transmission, Siemens PLC control system, servo motor with belling online system and sealed water cooling etc. In the meanwhile, HUASU developed water/gas supply pipe production line that can produce pipes up to Ф1200mm and huge diameter steel band reinforced spiral pipe extrusion line that can produce pipes up to Ф3000mm. In addition, HUASU also keeps up with the world development trend and develops energy-saving environmental-friendly foaming insulated corrugated pipe line for water and heat transfer.
HUASU invent and start to produce large capacity hollow container blow molding extrusion machine, main products have 200L—10000L HDPE water tank blow molding machine, HDPE road barrier blow molding machine, HDPE pallet machine etc.
