SBG250 (ID90mm - 250mm) double wall corrugated pipe line adopts two single screw extruders, double channel structure, nitriding polishing treatment die head.

 

Corrugator adopts horizontal structure with chin type transmission and is equipped with advanced water cooling system and vacuum forming system, self-lubrication system and advanced two layers belling on line function.

 

Mould blocks adopt aluminum alloy. The whole production line adopts Siemens professional PLC control system, high automation, reliable running, easy operation.

In addition, HUASU also keeps up with the world development trend and develops energy-saving environmental-friendly foaming insulated corrugated pipe line for water and heat transfer.
