HDPE Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Line SBG 250

SBG250 (ID90mm - 250mm) double wall corrugated pipe line adopts two single screw extruders, double channel structure, nitriding polishing treatment die head.

Corrugator adopts horizontal structure with chin type transmission and is equipped with advanced water cooling system and vacuum forming system, self-lubrication system and advanced two layers belling on line function.

Mould blocks adopt aluminum alloy. The whole production line adopts Siemens professional PLC control system, high automation, reliable running, easy operation.

The molding machine head has high precision and good module interchangeability. The module cooling method includes water cooling and air cooling. It can realize on-line flaring and ensure various performance indexes of the forming pipe. The circular double-knife cutting machine has excellent cutting precision. The whole equipment adopts Siemens human-machine section control system, which has high self-control function. It can produce PE double-wall corrugated pipe by replacing extruder and related parts.
