This line is suitable for raw material PE/PP/PPR. 
The whole production line adopts high speed high efficiency single screw extruder and is equipped with low noise fan and high speed hard tooth faced speed reducer to assure high speed high efficiency extrusion.
Die head adopts 40Cr raw material, produced by imported machining center to assure the production accuracy and material evenly extrusion.
Vacuum calibrating water tank adopts high hardnedd high quality stainless steel sheet and is equipped wth advanced water cycling, high pressure cooling system, vacuum adjusting equipment and accurate water temperature and water level automatic controlling system.

This PP PE PPR Pipe Production Line Plastic Pipe Extrusion Line/ Plastic Pipe Extrusion Line is one stage plastic regenerative pelletizer, which is suitable for many kinds plastic waste materials recycling and making pellet, such as PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE Film and clean woven/nonwoven bag materials, etc. The film can be pressed in compressor and then be pelletized.
