Siemens human-machine interface control system is adopted in the whole line, which has stable extrusion performance, high degree of automation and simple operation.
The newly designed closed forming machine adopts a special efficient cooling system for forming aluminum module, which greatly improves the cooling efficiency in the production of bellows products;
High speed and high output single screw extruder with specially designed bellows extrusion die to realize large output and stable extrusion;
The main parts of the molding machine produced in batch have high precision and good interchangeability; the aluminum module is made of LY12 high-quality aviation aluminum alloy with copper content ≥ 5%, and precision pressure casting process. The aluminum module has high density, bright, no porosity, high strength, and is not easy to deform after long-term use. According to the user's requirements, various module waveform schemes can be customized;
Matching automatic bellows cutting machine, computer program control, accurate cutting position, stable operation, easy to use.
