Single Wall Corrugated Cale Protection Pipe Extrusion Line Electric Conduit Pipe Machine

This production line can be used to produce corrugated pipes of PE, PP,EVA, PVC, PA continuously. Plastic single wall corrugated pipes have features of high temperature resistance, corrosion and abrasion resistance, high intensity and good flexibility,etc. They are widely used in fields of auto wire harness, electric thread-passing pipes, circuit of machine tool, protective of lamps and lantern wires, tubes of air conditioner and washing machine etc.

Plastic single wall corrugated pipes have features of high temperature resistance, corrosion and abrasion resiatance, high intensity and good flexibility,etc.they are widely used in fields of auto wire harness, electric thread-passing pipes, circuit of machine tool, protective pipes of lamps and lantern wires, tubes of air conditioner and washing machine,etc.

SJDBGZ series plastic single-wall corrugated pipe production line developed by our company adopts gears to run moulds and templates so as to realize water circulating cooling and air cooling of the products, which ensures high-speed molding,even corrugation, smooth inner and outer pipe wall. These corrugated pipes are specially used as wires of the up-market cars.

GSDBGZ high speed single wall corrugated pipe machine is developed on the basis of our original single wall pipe machine. The moulds are moved by gear on the runway. It is equipped with specially designed water cooling sealing system,and the lubrication oil can be injected automatically.In the forming machine, for small sizes mould, it can be set with two mould chambers which can make two different sizes of pipes only by adjsuting the height of forming machine automatically. All these features improve the production speed of single wall corrugatede pipes to a great exrent, which can reach 20-25m/min.

We also have normal speed single wall corrugated pipe production line, the line speed can upto 8-12m/min

Applications: PP/PE/PVC/EVA/PA high speed single wall corrugated pipe making machine can produce electrical thread-passing pipes, circuit of machine tool, protective pipe of lamps, water pipes in conditioner, washing machine, bathroom, etc.
