● Mould block (air cooling and water cooling) made of special aluminum alloy, has the advantages of low weight, high strength, good abrasion-resistant and small coefficient of thermal expansion.

● Mould block forming section is enough long, pairs of mould blocks are fewer. All processed by imported CNC machining center, high precision ensures high quality.

● Extruder head double layer on-line belling designed as twin spiral co-extrusion feeding, respectively extruded though gap adjustable double layer die mouth.

● On-line UPS ensures working platform automatically return and apart from cooling mandrel when power is suddenly off or other fault occurs.

● Excellent profile design of pipes are with light weight and good appearance.
