16mm Diameter PE PVC PP Single Wall/Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Cable Protection Pipe Extrusion Machine

Double wall corrugated pipe is mature product which has the advantage of low weight, low cost, anti-corrosion, good ring stiffness and flexibility. Our company has developed PE double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line for more than 15 years. We have the whole series of double wall corrugated pipe machine: horizontal type, vertical type and shuttle type. Our machine can process wide range of material, including HDPE, PP, PVC, etc.
The fully automatic plastic double wall corrugated drain pipe extrusion making machine uses two high-speed single-screw extruders. Single-screw extruder: We use PE high-speed high-efficiency single-screw extruder. Its barrel is slotted type design.It is also equipped with a low-noise fan and a high-speed hard-surface gear box. The inner and outer layers of the double wall corrugated pipes are independently fed by two extruders. It achieves the use of different colors and different raw materials production, and ensures efficient extrusion.
This double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line can produce from inner diameter of 110mm to 250mm.

Automatic production line (Ø110-Ø250) contains two parts.One is mechinal part:SIEMENS motors, gearbox,single screw barrel, heating area,another is electric part:ABB frequency changer,OMRON temperature control, SCHNIDER contactor. It has features of high and stable output capacity as well as highly automatic operation. According to the material situation, for HDPE, you can choose high efficient single screw extruder. For PVC, you can choose conical twin screw extruder. The forming system of this line consists of mould and corrugator. The mould blocks can be easily changed and they are equipped with air or water cooling system.
