63mm - 250mm Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line Tube Production Machine For Cable Protection
Forming machine: The formming machine including the moulds was made by our own factory Shandong Huasu Plastic Technology Co., Ltd.
Materials of moulds block: 40CrThe moulds are made by CNC system, it is high precison and long service life.
It could be designed into one hole or two hole according customer request.
We could print customers logo into moulds according request.
With more than 20 years experience in manufacuring single/double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line and solid wall/plain pipe extrusion line, we have exported to over 70 countries. The staff in Huasu has more than 10 years production and operation experience and we committed to provide the best machine for our all customers.
For this production line, the raw material can be PE and PP. If you want to product PVC pipe, we'll need to change the extruder to twin-conical extruder.
