HDPE Horizontal Type Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line

HDPE/PP/PVC horizontal type DWC pipe extrusion line producted by Huasu has many patents. Fully automatic control,running stable,high capacity.HDPE/PP material use high efficient single screw extruder ,and PVC matrial use conical twin screw extruder or parrallel twin screw extruder.Horizontal type corrugator adopt advanced shuttled-type structure,closed water cooling system ,online belling.Whole line is controlled by PLC computer.

This pipe production line adopts advanced technology of Europe.It is a new research achievement of energy-saving production line,which is suitable for high speed extrusion of PVC pipe. Compared with common production line.the energy-saving effect reach on 35%,and the product efficiency increase more than 1 times,thus it is only saving the cost of site and manpower,but also improving efficiency.
