Forming Machine SBCJ-600

The molding machine adopts a closed molding module chain with a closed design. The modules and the mold base are accurately matched, so that each pair of molding modules can be interchanged, vacuum molded, and cooled by water. The mold base is made of high-quality alloy and tempered and nitrided. The dovetail groove is used for accurate positioning between the mold base and the module, mechanically locked, and easy to change specifications. The sliding part of the worktable is made of 40Cr, and the surface is strengthened by ion nitriding process, which has a long service life.
