DWC Pipe Extrusion Line adopts extruding and forming process, it has the featuresof reliable quality and high efficiency.Compared with other plastic pipe wall structure , double wall corrugated pipe has excellent wall structure design.

The advanced module running track design reduces the module running resistance to the minimum.

The wear between the modules and between the module base and the upper and lower frames is the lowest of the same kind of equipment.

Module quick disassembly and assembly system, through the hydraulic workstation, can realize the rapid replacement of modules of different specifications.

Forced water cooling and air cooling combined module cooling technology not only simplify the cooling structure of the module, but also ensures the cooling efficiency of the module and brings higher production efficiency.
