The corrugated pipe line represents the 3rd generation of enhanced products developed by Shandong HUASU. Compared to its predecessors, this advanced line boasts a significant increase in the output of the extruder and the production speed of the pipe, ranging from 20% to 40%. Noteworthy features include the capability of achieving online belling to guarantee the performance of the finished corrugated pipe products. Additionally, the system integrates Siemens PLC technology for efficient operation.

Closed Molding Machine
The newly designed closed molding machine is equipped with a special high-efficiency cooling system tailored for forming aluminum modules. This system significantly enhances the cooling efficiency during the production of corrugated pipe products. Additionally, it features a high-speed, high-output single-screw extrusion machine that supports a professionally designed corrugated pipe extrusion mold, enabling large-scale and stable extrusion processes.
Interchangeable Aluminum Modules
The aluminum forming module boasts excellent interchangeability and is constructed using LY12 high-quality alloy aviation aluminum material with a copper content of 5% or higher. Through a precision pressure casting process, the module is made of high-density material free from light pores, ensuring long-term durability without deformation. Various module waveform schemes can be customized according to the user's specific requirements.
Automatic DWC Cutter
The system comes equipped with an automatic DWC cutter that is computer-controlled, ensuring precise cutting positions, stable operation, and user-friendly operation.
