Compared to its predecessors, this advanced line boasts a significant increase in the output of the extruder and the production speed of the pipe, ranging from 20% to 40%. Noteworthy features include the capability of achieving online belling to guarantee the performance of the finished corrugated pipe products. Additionally, the system integrates Siemens PLC technology for efficient operation.

The newly designed closed molding machine is equipped with a special high-efficiency cooling system tailored for forming aluminum modules.
