The newly designed closed molding machine features a special high-efficiency cooling system specifically designed for the formation of aluminum modules. This system significantly enhances the cooling efficiency during the production of corrugated pipe products.

Paired with a high-speed, high-output single-screw extrusion machine, the professional design of the corrugated pipe extrusion mould ensures large-scale stable extrusion.

The aluminum forming module boasts good interchangeability and utilizes LY12 high-quality alloy aviation aluminum material with a copper content ≥ 5%. Through precision pressure casting process, the module is made of high-density material without any light pores, ensuring long-term use without deformation. Customization of various module waveform schemes is available based on user requirements.

Completing the setup is the automatic DWC cutter, which comes with computer control for accurate cutting position, stable operation, and user-friendly interface.
