Product Description:
The corrugated pipe line is the 3rd generation of the improved product of Shandong HUASU. The output of the extruder and the production speed of the pipe are greatly increased by 20-40% compared with the previous product.
Online belling can be achieved to ensure the performance of the formed corrugated pipe products. Adopts Siemens PLC system.
Features:
The newly designed closed molding machine is equipped with a special high-efficiency cooling system to produce aluminum modules for corrugated pipe products. This implementation greatly enhances the cooling effectiveness during production.
For high-speed and high-output extrusion, a single-screw extrusion machine is employed alongside a professionally designed corrugated pipe extrusion mould. This setup ensures stable extrusion on a large scale.
The module exhibits excellent interchangeability. Utilizing LY12 high-quality alloy aviation aluminum with copper content ≥ 5% and a precision pressure casting process, the material is high density with no visible pores. This ensures long-term use without deformation. Various module waveform schemes can be customized based on user requirements.
Additionally, the system features an automatic DWC cutter with computer control for precise cutting, stable operation, and user-friendly interface.
