Product Description:
The corrugated pipe line is the 3rd generation of the improved product of Shandong HUASU. The output of the extruder and the production speed of the pipe are greatly increased by 20-40% compared with the previous product.
Online belling can be achieved to ensure the performance of the formed corrugated pipe products. Adopts Siemens PLC system .
Features:
The newly designed closed molding machine features a special high-efficiency cooling system specifically for forming aluminum modules. This system significantly enhances the cooling efficiency during the production of corrugated pipe products.
A high-speed, high-output single-screw extrusion machine is utilized in conjunction with a professionally designed corrugated pipe extrusion mold to achieve consistently stable extrusion on a large scale.
The module boasts good interchangeability; crafted from LY12 high-quality alloy aviation aluminum material with a copper content of at least 5%. Through precision pressure casting, this module is made of high-density material devoid of light pores, ensuring long-term use without deformation. Further customization of various module waveform schemes is available to meet user requirements.
Furthermore, the system is equipped with a supporting automatic DWC cutter controlled by a computer. This feature ensures accurate cutting positions, stable operation, and easy usability.
