We have two types of corrugated pipe lines (single-wall and double-wall) which are tailored to the specific application of the corrugated pipe, mainly for single-wall corrugated pipes (SWC pipes) with a smooth interior and double-wall corrugated pipes (DWC pipes) with a smooth interior on both sides. The double-wall corrugated pipe (DWC pipes) is custom designed for corrugated pipes that are smooth on both sides. This depends on the specific application of the corrugated pipe.

The corrugated pipe line is the 3rd generation of the improved product of Shandong HUASU. The output of the extruder and the production speed of the pipe are greatly increased by 20-40% compared with the previous product.

Online belling can be achieved to ensure the performance of the formed corrugated pipe products. It adopts Siemens PLC system for efficient control and operation.

Features:

The newly designed closed molding machine features a special high-efficiency cooling system for shaping aluminum modules, significantly enhancing the cooling efficacy during the production of corrugated pipe products. The device is coupled with a high-speed, high-output single-screw extrusion machine that incorporates a professionally devised corrugated pipe extrusion mould to ensure consistent large-scale extrusion.

This machine boasts excellent module interchangeability. The aluminum forming module is crafted from LY12 high-quality alloy aviation aluminum with a copper content of ≥ 5%, utilizing a precision pressure casting process. The resulting material is dense with no visible pores, leading to long-term usability without deformation. Moreover, various module waveform schemes can be customized based on user preferences.

One of its key features is support for an automatic DWC cutter, equipped with computer control for precise cutting positioning, stable operation, and user-friendly interface for ease of use.
