Product Description:
The corrugated pipe line is the 3rd generation of the improved product of Shandong HUASU. This updated version has significantly enhanced the output of the extruder and the production speed of the pipe, boasting a substantial increase of 20-40% compared to its predecessor.
One of the notable features of this new system is the capability of achieving online belling, which plays a crucial role in ensuring the performance of the formed corrugated pipe products.
Moreover, the system adopts the advanced Siemens PLC system, which further enhances the efficiency and control capabilities of the production line. This integration of cutting-edge technology contributes to the overall reliability and quality of the corrugated pipe manufacturing process.
Features:
The newly designed closed molding machine is equipped with a special high-efficiency cooling system tailored for the production of aluminum modules. This system significantly enhances the cooling efficiency during the manufacturing of corrugated pipe products.
The high-speed, high-output single-screw extrusion machine is complemented by a professionally designed extrusion mold for corrugated pipes. This design ensures large-scale, stable extrusion operations.
The module offers excellent interchangeability. The aluminum forming module is constructed using LY12 high-quality alloy aviation aluminum with a copper content of ≥ 5%. It undergoes a precision pressure casting process, resulting in a high-density material without light pores. This material is resistant to deformation during long-term use. Additionally, various module waveform schemes can be customized based on user requirements.
The machine comes with a supporting automatic DWC cutter that is computer-controlled. This cutter provides accurate cutting positions, ensuring stable operation and easy usability.
