Compared to its predecessor, the output of the extruder and the production speed of the pipe have been significantly improved by 20-40%. This technological progress enables seamless online belling, ensuring the optimal performance of the corrugated pipe products being manufactured.
Furthermore, the system incorporates Siemens PLC technology, known for its reliability and efficiency in industrial automation. This ensures smooth operation and precise control of the entire production process, ultimately enhancing overall performance and productivity.
