Product Description:
The double-wall corrugated pipe line is the third generation of the improved product from Shandong HUASU. Compared to the previous product, the output of the extruder and the production speed of the pipe have been significantly increased by 20-40%.
Online belling can be achieved to guarantee the performance of the formed corrugated pipe products. The production line utilizes the Siemens PLC system for efficient control and management.

Pressure water-cooling for mould blocks greatly enhances production speed;
Low energy consumption plays a key role in reducing production costs.
Efficient vacuum system ensures the formation of flawless pipes.
Mould block temperature control system is instrumental in optimizing pipe quality, both aesthetically and structurally.
Easy and rapid switch between different mould sizes is facilitated. Toolings (moulds) are compatible with multiple production lines.
The entire extrusion line operates in a fully-automatic manner.
Corrugator and extruders are synchronized in their control.
Screw and barrels undergo hardened treatment for extended lifespan and durability.
Remote Service is accessible.
