Product Description:
The double wall corrugated pipe line represents the 3rd generation of enhanced products from Shandong HUASU. In comparison with the previous model, the extruder's output and pipe production speed are significantly boosted by 20-40%.
With the capability for online belling, the quality and performance of the resulting corrugated pipe products are ensured. The production line is equipped with a Siemens PLC system for effective control and management.
Features:
1. Pressure water-cooling for mould blocks greatly increases the production speed;
2. Low energy consumption helps to cut production costs.
3. Efficient vacuum system for forming perfect pipes.
4. Mould block temperature control system helps to optimize the pipe quality both in appearance and inside.
5. Easy and quick changeover between different sizes of moulds. Toolings (moulds) compatible with different production lines.
6. The complete extrusion line runs full-automatically.
7. Corrugator and extruders are synchronously controlled.
8. Harden treated screw and barrels for longer lifespan and durability.
9. Remote Service is available.
