The double wall corrugated pipe line is the 3rd generation of the improved product of Shandong HUASU. The output of the extruder and the production speed of the pipe are greatly increased by 20-40% compared with the previous product.
Online belling can be achieved to ensure the performance of the formed corrugated pipe products. The line adopts Siemens PLC system for efficient control and operation.

The newly designed closed molding machine has been equipped with a special high-efficiency cooling system tailored specifically for forming aluminum modules. This innovation plays a crucial role in enhancing the cooling efficiency during the production of corrugated pipe products.
A high-speed, high-output single-screw extrusion machine is complemented by a professionally designed corrugated pipe extrusion mold, allowing for the smooth operation of large-scale extrusion processes.
The aluminum forming modules boast excellent interchangeability. Constructed using LY12 high-quality alloy aviation aluminum material with a copper content of at least 5%, these modules undergo a precision pressure casting process using high-density material. This results in modules that are free from light pores and resistant to deformation, ensuring durability even during prolonged use. Additionally, these modules can be customized to accommodate various waveform schemes based on user specifications.
Furthermore, the machine comes equipped with an automatic DWC cutter featuring computer control. This system guarantees precise cutting positions, stable operation, and user-friendly controls to facilitate seamless operation.
