2.0 Forming-Machine SBCJ-63

The molding machine adopts closed molding module chain and closed design. The modules are accurately matched with the mold base, so that each pair of molding modules can be interchanged, vacuum molding and water cooling. The die base is made of high-quality alloy and quenched, tempered and nitrided. Dovetail groove is used between the die base and the module for accurate positioning, mechanical locking and convenient specification replacement. The sliding part on the workbench is made of 40Cr and the surface is strengthened by ion nitriding process, so it has a long service life.
