    Features a special high-efficiency cooling system for shaping aluminum modules, significantly enhancing cooling efficiency in corrugated pipe production. Includes a high-speed, high-output single-screw extrusion machine with professionally designed corrugated pipe extrusion mold for large-scale, stable extrusion.
  • Superior Module Interchangeability
    Aluminum forming modules are crafted from LY12 high-quality alloy aviation aluminum with copper content of at least 5%. Precision pressure casting ensures high-density material with no light pores, resistant to deformation even after long-term use. Custom module waveform schemes available based on user requirements.
  • Automatic DWC Cutter System
