PE Spiral Pipe Production Line
We can produce large-diameter hollow spiral pipe extrusion lines from OD200 to OD3500, which are mainly used in urban drainage systems. It will be used to replace steel pipes, cement pipes and other plastic pipes in the future.
The spiral pipe production line is composed of profile pipe extruder, melt extruder, screw machine, cutting machine and some auxiliary machines. It has low investment, high output, high efficiency, stable performance, high ring stiffness, light weight per unit, good creep resistance, easy connection and economical.
The screw and barrel adopt a specially designed single-screw extruder with a unique structure, which can achieve high output, low energy consumption and good plasticization. It has a proper die structure, and two extruders provide materials to rotate the profile tube into a spiral tube.
