PE carbon spiral pipe production line is widely used:
The unit produces PE carbon spiral pipe, mainly used for (light) cable jacket protection, and gradually applied to the power, telecommunications, postal services and highways, ports and other infrastructure areas.
1. Single screw extruder specially used for polyolefine material possess effective plasticizing effect and extrusion speed
2. The special detached type compounding screw an die head with spiral structure & reasonable channel are application to produce pipes with smooth inside and outside face
3. unique calibration and cooling mode is capable of produce pipe with diameter from 50mm to 200mm, production speed is up to 0.4-1.5m/min
4. All kind of polyolefine material, multi-layers spiral strengthen pipe can be co-extruded, recycled material can be used in production.
6. With different kind wall thickness for different application
7. Can make the pipe have different layers, such as: Middle use recycled material and inner and outer layer use new material
8. Can also have color line co-extrusion for choice
9. Can have some word to be printed on that.
